why I built this
Twenty-five years of training through every version of my life. The one with time. The one without it. The one that was broke, the one that was injured. Two heart valve replacements. I never quit.
Somewhere in those years I stopped asking what the best program was and started asking why good people keep failing inside bad ones. The answer was never effort. It was systems. Good people grinding inside programs that couldn't survive their actual lives — and blaming themselves when those programs broke.
